Daniel Yi is an accomplished practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and Tui-na massage therapy.
After obtaining a B.A. degree in human biology/pre-med from the University of Kansas, he dedicated seven years to studying Chinese medicine in China. In 2006, he graduated from the esteemed Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, completing an intensive 5-year program under the guidance of renowned experts in the field. Professor Xuewu Li, one of China's "Top 100 TCM Practitioners," mentored Daniel in acupuncture at Guoyitang Clinic, while Professor Jingyan Huang, a leading figure in TCM dermatology, taught him herbal medicine for dermatological issues.
Returning to the United States, Daniel became a nationally board certified diplomate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs, and he holds licenses in the states of New York and New Jersey. He has garnered a reputation for providing exceptional care in Traditional Chinese Medicine to his community. Daniel's expertise lies in pain management, where he employs a comprehensive approach combining acupuncture and Tui-na massage therapy, with a particular focus on musculoskeletal conditions affecting the neck, lower back, shoulders, and knees. Additionally, he has established himself as a prominent authority in TCM dermatology, employing a diverse range of treatments such as oral herbal medicine, herbal bathing solutions, herbal ointments, and acupuncture to address various skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and more.
In recent years, Daniel has also devoted his attention to weight loss and management, offering safe and effective solutions without the common "Yo-Yo phenomenon."
